Answer: The adsorption dryer generally adopts a double tower, one tower for adsorption and the other tower for desorption. The actual working process of the heatless regeneration dryer is divided into three stages: adsorption, regeneration, and pressure equalization. The micro-heat and heat regeneration dryers are composed of four stages: adsorption, regeneration, cooling, and pressure equalization. During operation, the compressed air alternately flows through the two tower containers A and B filled with adsorbent. When one tower adsorbs under the working pressure (high water vapor partial pressure), the other tower desorbs under the state close to atmospheric pressure (low water vapor partial pressure) or under heating, and then the two towers are switched to work alternately according to the set program.
